OxO important information before first use

It is important before use to read the instructions and look at the relevant OXO camera instructional videos at

https://vimeo.com/oxotechnology

Setup advice and technical support is available from Evident on Freephone 0808 1000 888 or by email to support@evident.co.uk. There is also information and support info at

Here are some useful tips:

  • Please ensure that the power pack and foot pedal are fully charged before use and that the setup instructions are carefully read.
  • The SD card needs to be inserted for the camera to connect.
  • Do not remove the SD card without turning off the camera.
  • When taking a still picture there is a delay of 2-3 seconds before the picture is captured. You will hear a click when it happens. Most dentists are capturing excellent still images from the video footage.
  • Ensure that image stabilisation (EIS) is turned on in settings for the best results. You can adjust the field of view with the FOV setting and colour saturation with the ST setting. The OXO has many settings usually associated with video cameras.

We will notify you if there have been any firmware or app updates

Known Issues:

  • Please use the UK version USB charger.
  • There is a European charger in the pack – do not use this in the UK with an adapter. The units can be charged with any USB 5V charger.
  • Please ensure that any future SD cards that you may use are as specified at

https://oxotechnology.com/what-are-the-requirements-for-my-microsd-card/

It is possible that some 64GB SD cards may need formatting as FAT32 before they will be recognised by the camera. exFAT is not suitable.

Apple users: Download and install the OxO 4K app on your device (tablet or phone) from the App Store.
