Total lamp not changing intensity

Lamp Intensity

The PowerGo control unit and Total lamp are designed to perform reliably in all standard operating conditions.

In the unlikely event that the Total lamp does not respond to intensity changes via the PowerGo button, this is an extremely rare occurrence caused by a lamp fault — the PowerGo itself is functioning correctly.

If this rare issue occurs:

  1. The Total lamp will need to be replaced.
  2. Please contact Evident for support and replacement assistance.

Note: The vast majority of users will never encounter this issue. It affects only an isolated number of units and is not indicative of a wider product fault.
