Fixing a slipping temple tip

Over time, it is possible that the temple tip begins to slip off the temple, sometimes caused by the pull of the head strap.

This is easily solved by pulling the temple tip slightly further back, applying a very small amount of superglue to the inside of the exposed metal temple (see picture below), and immediately sliding the temple tip back to its correct position. Remove any excess glue straight away using a little alcohol on a tissue or cotton wool roll. Depending on the glue used, wait the recommended period for it to set.

This will not prevent the temple tip from being removed if necessary.
